Who is eligible to join the LaunchUX Affiliate Program?
Any business owner or professional who regularly interacts with other businesses and is in a position to make trusted referrals is eligible to apply.
Is there a cost to join the affiliate program?
No. There are no fees, setup costs, or ongoing charges associated with joining the LaunchUX Affiliate Program.
How do I submit a referral once I’m approved?
Approved affiliates receive access to the Partner Portal, where referrals can be submitted by selecting Register New Lead.
What types of services can I refer to LaunchUX?
Affiliates may refer projects related to website design, custom web development, search engine optimization (SEO), social media management, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
How is a “qualified referral” defined?
A qualified referral is a business with a genuine and active interest in the services being referred and a willingness to engage in discovery and evaluation.
When do commissions start and how are they calculated?
Commissions are earned once a referred client moves forward and submits payment. Affiliates receive a ten percent (10%) commission on all qualifying sales.
How and when are commissions paid?
Commission payments are issued mid-month following the month in which the revenue is received. Payments are calculated at ten percent (10%) of all referred sales during that period and are issued once a completed W-9 is on file.
Is there a minimum number of referrals required to remain active?
No. There are no quotas, minimum referral requirements, or performance thresholds.
What happens if a referred lead does not move forward?
Referred leads are retained in our system with your affiliate information attached. If the lead engages at a later date, you remain the affiliate of record.
Can I refer my existing clients?
Yes. Affiliates may refer both existing and new client relationships.
Will LaunchUX contact my client directly?
Yes. LaunchUX handles all discovery, scoping, and communication related to the referred services.
Do I need to be involved in the sales or delivery process?
No involvement is required. Some affiliates choose to stay engaged, but participation beyond the referral is entirely optional.
Can I track the status of my referrals?
Yes. Referral status and activity can be viewed within the Partner Portal.
Is this a white label or reseller program?
No. This is a referral-based affiliate program where affiliates earn commission on closed deals. White label services are separate and highly selective.
Can affiliates later apply for white label services?
Yes. White label opportunities may be considered for established brands with significant market presence and require additional review and a separate agreement.
Will LaunchUX ever solicit my clients directly?
LaunchUX will only engage with clients you refer for the specific services requested. We do not solicit referred clients for services you already provide. Our goal is to support and enhance your business, not compete with it.
What happens if I stop referring clients?
You will continue to receive commissions on any active, ongoing referrals according to program terms. No further action is required.
Can I leave the program at any time?
Yes. Participation in the affiliate program is voluntary, and you may exit at any time.
Are there any industries or businesses that are not a good fit?
The program is generally not well suited for businesses whose clients have very limited or inconsistent marketing budgets.
